Just started using the app, mainly to track symptoms as I've just started HRT. However, there is no way to keep a log of your HRT.... this to me seems to be a huge oversight, consideringits a menapuase support app Most times we will need to tweek our meds, or application to find the best combination that works. Also, somewhere to track sex encounters, and the comfort factor would also be beneficial. Also there's a bug in the food tracker, it won't save my current day correctly

This used to be a brilliant app for tracking periods as well as general health and symptoms, diet and exercise but it suddenly stopped offering the period tracker and while I was told it was an issue with my phone and that reloading he app or doing a health report or adding medical data would sort the issue, it's been nearly 2 years and I went elsewhere for the tracking so have stopped bothering coming to balance because bouncing across multiple apps to log data every day is time consuming.

great app, good journal however i would like to see it having more functions where I can add more details.

I have been using this app for less than a week. I was initially really excited by it, but I find it clunky and slow to use and it sometimes freezes. Also there's no room for customisation (adding additional symptoms or notes) so it's not as useful as I'd hoped. I think it's a great idea and hope that with updates it can be improved.

Last update was extremely poor. This app worked well until a couple of weeks ago but is now unusable. Keeps crashing every time I try to add an entry or look at the journal. Why haven't the obvious bugs been fixed?

I've only started using this Balance app. I find it so easy to use. I love that it breaks everything down from symptoms, sleep, mood, meditation, activity and food and drink. That it takes a holistic view of your whole lifestyle. I also love the challenges you can take part in. And all the useful articles to read up in. I am going to collect all this data for a month or so and go back to my doctor fully armed with more confidence and I won't let them dismiss my symptoms or feelings.

Super clunky. I've started an experiment and when I update the day it actually updates the following day. Notification reminders don't work and the 'add button doesn't work either. I also accidently entered the wrong answer on my experiment and couldn't alter it. This app just seems like another unnecessary task on the too do list!

I really love this app. To be able to record my symptoms daily has supported me to notice what's going on for me when and realise that when I'm shattered, it doesn't last forever. Also I love the experiments I can take part in, it's a real encouragement to do different things to take charge. The only reason it's not a 5 is that at times the app seems to block, I've had to reinstall.

Such a helpful app. I am very grateful to Dr Louise. I use the free version. I am wondering however can you please make a search function for topics so I can type in what I want to search? Or is that only on the paid version?

I generally think it is a great app. Could maybe connect somehow to other apps like fitbit to get more accurate sleep and food details. The food section is really not very flexible and detailed. However, today the app is not working at all, won't let me open it, says there's a fault. I hope my data is still there when it is fixed.

Really useful app. All the symptoms are included and it is easy to highlight the ones that apply to you. However, I feel the food and drink section could be improved, eg you can choose between alcohol, caffeine or water but there are no other options (eg decaff, milk, juice). It would also be useful to have a free text box to make your own notes, eg something stressful happened today, or started/changed medication, or anything else which might affect you.
